Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your performance, we will create a custom plan to achieve your goals.

Injury Prevention 

Kerri uses a multidisciplinary approach to dance injury prevention.   After reviewing the past medical history, current functional status, and goals, the dancer and Kerri will develop a program to address any underlying impairments regarding muscle length and performance, joint mobility, posture, balance and biomechanics. It is critical to then address how the patient uses these new skills in the dance classroom/stage. We work with the dancer to help them transfer this motor learning and achieve safe and appropriate technique.

Cross Training and Season Planning for the professional dancer

The dancer and Kerri will work together to develop a comprehensive cross training program that will address warm up and recovery strategies, off season maintenance programming and task specific work to address unique choreography and role demands.

Lecture Demonstrations

Kerri is available to speak on a variety of topics including Injury Prevention, Pilates for Dancers and Pilates for Pre/Post Natal populations.
